Hermon GOP Connect - September 12, 2024

~This Week's Recap~

Hermon School Committee Meeting Recap

On Monday, September 9th, the Hermon School Committee met for their third full meeting of the school year. The meeting took place in the High School library. This was done in an effort to improve the acoustics over those of meetings held prior, in the auditorium. There were no microphones used. Those sitting close to the front reported no trouble hearing the speakers; those in the back noted still experiencing some difficulty. The recording of the meeting can be found here.

MSBA Annual Delegate Assembly meets once a year to pass resolutions that will be the stance of the Maine School Board. During the meeting, the committee voted to table the discussion on all resolutions until more information is gathered and discussed in October.

The next full meeting is scheduled to take place on October 7th.

Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be courageous, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14
